Education Qualification:
1. For the post of Junior Assistant (H.Q. & District) Computer, candidate must passed  Bachelor's degree from a recognized University of any examination declared equivalent by the Government. Moreover, a candidate for the post of Junior Assistant must possess computer skills for handling data and text on computer as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 199/2015/3, dtd. 27th September 2016.

2. For the post of Stenographer, a candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University of any examination declared equivalent by the Government. Moreover, a candidate for the post of Stenographer must possess computer skills for handling data and text on computer along with ITI Diploma/ Certificate in Stenographer and Typing 80 word per minutes.

3. For the post of Assistant Enforcement Inspector, a candidate must passed 10+2 (intermediate/ HSSLC) from a recognized Board of any examination declared equivalent by the Government.

4. For Enforcement Checker, a candidate must passed Class 10 (HSLC) from a recognized Board of any examination declared equivalent by the Government.

Age Limitation : 
The candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 43 years of age on the 1st day of January 2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, and in respect of ex-servicemen, age limit is relaxable by two years. The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation / HSLC Admit Card / Certificate issued by a recognized Board / Council. No other document shall be accepted in lieu thereof for the purpose.

How can You Apply: The application will be received District wise in all District Transport Officer's Office throughout the State on all working days upto the last day of receipt.Application will have to be submitted in the District Transport Office of the District from where the candidates desire to appear.

The application must be accompanied by the following documents-

  • Three copies of recent passport size photograph and duly signed by the candidates indicating his/her full name on the back side of photograph.
  • A copy of age certificate / which may be birth certificate / HSLC Certificate dully attested.
  •  Educational qualification certificate dully attested.
  • Caste certificate for reserved category candidates duly attested.
  • Self-addressed postage paid envelop of 10"X 4.5" size.
  • Employment Exchange registration Card duly attested.
